Maha Sudarshana homa

Addressed to
Sri Sudarshana, the discus of Sri Vishnu
Usually asked for
Severe or unexplained obstruction

Sudarśana is the discus of Sri Vishnu, revered in Vaishnava tradition as a protective power of Vishnu himself. The homa is held to cut through severe obstruction and to cleanse — and Sudarśana is Narasimha's weapon, so the two rites are related.

Families ask for it where difficulty has persisted through other observances, or where its cause is not clear.

Procedure, duration, materials and whether it can be performed in your absence depend on your circumstances, so I discuss those with you rather than list them here. Wording on this page is awaiting my review.
